COOKING CLASSES

At Restaurant Il Caio is possible to plan cooking classes under the careful supervision of our cooking team. A cooking class devoted to people that desire to undertake the world of taste that aspire to better known the research of authentic tasting and smelling, that are able to appreciate the quality of homegrown products of land.

A place and a class open to whom desire to deepen the art of cooking and want to develop the ability of exchanging sensorial experiences . During the classes , more than preparing the dishes will be transferred to participants all basic elements to introduce the dishes, to organize the menu and the matching with wine.

CERAMIC CLASSES 

At Tenuta di Corbara we think to children proposing them mini ceramic classes. The activities of the artifact laboratory are proposing a way to encourage and stimulate the spontaneous and intuitive knowledge of a plastic material(clay) which take shape and life from our hands and is able to benefit our creativity. It will be possible to create single or group potteries .
